Consultant and Fertility Gynecologist
Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Cairo University since 2011, specializing the field of fetal ultrasound. Dr. Mona Aboulghar joined EIVFC in 1998 and has since contributed to treatment development and the improvement of medical services offered. Her research focuses on improving results of ICSI, using ultrasound in the ICSI program as well as discovering birth defects and premature birth in pregnancies after ICSI.
Consultant and Fertility Gynecologist
Clinical Associate at EIVFC since 1986 and Deputy Director of the center since 2012. As a member of prestigious regional scientific societies, co-author of more than fifty papers and a main participant in significant regional and international medical workshops and conferences, Dr. Amin is a true expert in the field. He was awarded the Academy of Scientific Research (Dr. Abdel Fattah Yusuf) Award in 1990 and Middle East Fertility Research Award in 1995.
Consultant and Fertility Gynecologist
Graduated with honors from Kasr El- Ainy University Hospital in 2000. In 2005, he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Al-Azhar University Hospital, and in 2006, he moved to France, where he completed his advanced fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Montpellier. He joined the Egyptian IVF Center upon his return to Egypt and was appointed as an IVF specialist, as well as an assistant lecturer at Al-Azhar IVF unit. In 2010, he got his MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology and became a lecturer at Al-Azhar IVF Unit and a consultant at the Egyptian IVF Center. Dr. Ahmed Serour is active in the scientific circles nationally and internationally. His area of expertise is in management of infertile couples, IVF, Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy
Consultant of Andrology

Dr. El-Guindi is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine. He joined EIVFC center in 2005 as an Andrologist and has contributed much to our success through the years.
Consultant of Anesthesiology
Professor of Anesthesia and Chairman of ICU department at the National Cancer Institute at Cairo University. He is also a Consultant of Anesthesia department at the International Eye Hospital and at the Egyptian IVF-ET centre since 1992. With the expertise of an anesthetist like him, we guarantee the safety of our patients.
Consultant and Fertility Gynecologist
Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cairo University’s Faculty of Medicine and an endoscopy consultant at EIVFC. Dr. Saber earned his doctorate in 2007. He joined EIVFC in 2008, bringing extensive experience to the field of endoscopy. He is currently the Head of the Diagnostic and Surgical Endoscopy Department at EIVFC.
Consultant of Andrology
Professor of Andrology and Infertility Surgery. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University in 2004 and received a PhD in the same field in 2012. Dr. Fathy became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2011 and a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine in the Netherlands in 2012. He also obtained a fellowship degree from the European Academy of Andrology in 2016, the American College of Surgeons in 2018 and the Royal College of Surgeons of Scotland in 2019. Dr. Fathy is an andrology consultant at EIVFC.
Consultant and Fertility Gynecologist
Infertility and Assisted Conception Consultant. Dr. El-Sayed is a member of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in London and a Fellow of the European Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Belgium. He recently joined EIVFC, bringing his extensive experience to the service of our patients.
Consultant and Fertility Gynecologist
An ICSI and IVF Consultant at the International Islamic Center of Al-Azhar University. He is currently teaching obstetrics and gynecology at El-Matareya Teaching Hospital. Dr. El-Khayal earned his master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Benha University in February 2014 and a PhD from Al-Azhar University in 2018. He joined EIVFC as an infertility consultant in 2014.
Director of the Embryology Lab
Director of the embryology lab at EIVC since 2020. She graduated from the Faculty of Biology at the American University of Cairo in 2002 and trained at EIVFC’s lab until 2005. In 2005, she trained at Europe’s first IVF center in Brussels, Belgium. Upon her return, she joined EIVFC as an embryology specialist and in 2010, she earned a master’s degree in clinical embryology from Oxford University.
Consultant of Anesthesiology
Another renowned anesthetist. He is Head of the Anesthesia Department of at the Egyptian IVF center. As an anesthetist, he specializes in pain and intensive care. As a Professor of Anesthesia and Chairman of the Anesthesia Department at the Research Institute of Ophthalmology, his expertise is invaluable to us and our patients
Consultant Geneticist
Prof. Sara Hisham, Associate Professor at the National Research Center, leads the Genetics Team. Dr. Sarah has vast experience in areas related to the genetics of infertility, genetic testing for couples with a history of a previously abnormal child or with a bad obstetric history, she also counsels and prepares patients prior to pre-implantation genetic testing.
